She Is Healed
It wasn’t luck that came by her that day
The full frontal lobotomy of her past was erased
The wind carried with it good news
Her mind opened up to a space within her past
When everything was fine
And now today everything was fine
Something from the future was reaching out to her
And she needn’t do any more
Her regular life wasn’t so regular
And her yearning for greatness was replaced
With fresh aromas in her nostrils
She needn’t offer a burnt offering to the gods
But settle in her mature knowing
About life
And spirituality
And now songbirds
Her new life was like her old distant life
When something around the corner
Brought light to her internal nature
She was living in the present
And remembering the past
And talking to the future
The dread was gone
So now she could receive life
With it’s every detail
And with vigor
And while the crow crowed and the cat purred
She could feel comfortable in her space
Chasing nothing
And realizing her gifts were best applied
As she went about her day
And to whatever was new on the horizon
Project to project and Idea to idea
Inspired and resting on her knowing
With lightness in her stride
She was healed.
