Language Today is Engineered

Language today - it's engineered.
With memes and viral boxes.
Disconnected, divisive, crude forms
Of nothingness.
I want the life of language back.
Where like dominos
One thought leads to another
ORIGINAL thought.
Language is everyday life,
It is the turf we preside over,
It's quite near every thought
That proceeds from us into action
Or inaction,
Or emotion that causes friction or fluid movement.
Its the phrase that gets broadcasted by ringleaders,
And then wanders into zeros and ones -
Techno bits that sicken our brains.
We can’t stop talking about it!
Well stop.
What does that mean?
Stop moving? Stop thinking? Keep my thoughts to myself?
Get interested in your own things
And who you are.
Create your own bounce,
Zoom in and zoom out,
Find the timeless shadows.
Language today is engineered
With memes and viral boxes.
Disconnected, divisive, crude forms
Of nothingness.
I want the life of language back.
Where like dominos
One thought leads to another
ORIGINAL thought.
